Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik

Radisson Blu Nashik is a relatively new property, but that makes it so much more special. The rooms and amenities were superb, with large spaces that were very comfortable. We had a room with a gorgeous view of the hills, and it was wonderful to see the sunset every evening. The food was spectacular, with top notch bakery and confectionery. The spread was generous, and catered to a multitude of tastes. However, the best part about the hotel was the staff. Right from front office, to the restaurant and room service, the staff was exceptional. They went the extra mile each time to make us feel welcome and looked after. We had a few initial hiccups, but even those were handled professionally. I cannot recommend this hotel enough because of the superb staff.

Breakfast was great with the lavish spread as well as the taste and quality. Only the tea being served needs to be looked into as it was below average. Special mention for their housekeeping staff Beena as she was very helpful and courtious.

It takes a fusion of great amenities and great service to make a great 5-star property; Radisson Blu gets this perfectly. While the promoters seem to have spared no effort to design and build a great hotel (the lobby is straight out of an European luxury hotel), Mr Ghai's team redefines quality service - a service standard that is at par with the best anywhere else. Like they say, the God is in the details. For instance, the breakfast - the alu parathas are made on the station (no deep frozen stuff), there are exotic (expensive) cheeses on the platter, crisp bacon, cold desserts and yes, the authentic regional fare...basically, top quality and premium ingredients that make for a truly world-class experience. The culture of quality extends to all other parts of the hotel and the well-appointed hotel truly renders a lovely luxurious feel. Great stay, great experience. Thank you Radisson Blu Nashik.

The rooms are excellent, the attention is just other worldly, thank you so much for an amazing experience ! Priya, Saikat, Zoheb and Hardika, along with the bellboys and cleaning staff are just amazing humans, a you all and hope to meet again 🙏🏽 Moii at the spa is one of the better masseuse therapists I’ve yet to found. Thank you so much ! The pool and hot tub were a delight and the staff there and the gym were also just amazing

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The ambience is superb. Staff is very cooperative and helpful,especially, Adesh in the restaurant,Sudesh from housekeeping,Rugved and Danesh Mistry from reception. Special thanks to Mr Kaustav at reception for our seamless check in process and help in the restaurant,and last but not the least Mr Ankur Singh who personally made sure our trip was comfortable and memorable.
